Request a Store Voucher

VOUCHER PROCEDURES: (Please read carefully and sign below)

1. Members in Racine should scan or take a picture of the completed form and send a copy of the voucher via email to: thriftstore@svdpracine.com or text to (262) 282-3349. Neighbors must call to make an appointment to shop during store hours Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm (Waterford Store: 262-332-7242, Racine Store 262-583-0177).

2. Upon arrival, the neighbor must present this voucher to store personnel at the service desk. Address: Racine Store: 2118 Rapids Drive, Racine 53404 or Waterfore Store: 822 Forrest Lane, Waterford 53185

3. Vouchers are valid for 14 days.

4. With approval, the store will hold items for up to 24 hours. Furniture delivery may be scheduled upon request, but all deliveries will be curbside.

5. Store management reserves the right to defer voucher redemption if clarification is needed.

6. SPECIALTY ITEMS: access to new items, antiques, designer clothes or other items is designated by management and will be distributed at the discretion of store management based on inventory need.

7. One voucher, per neighbor, within a 12-month period.
